MINOR POLICY: A parent or guardian will need to sign a consent form, in person, for guests under 18 years of age prior to their massage. Guests who are 14 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult during their massage treatment – either in the room or booked as a Couples Massage.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our clients are very important to all members of our team at Body & Sole Therapy. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully request at least 24 hour notice if you depend on to reschedule your appointment; 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups of 3 or more, or 3 or more treatments for identical client.* This allows our staff enough time to fill appointments.
