Tyler Perry’s hugely popular late hours time soap, The Haves and the Have Nots is back for season 2 on OWN and part of the drama that keep fans coming back every Tuesday nighttime at 9 p.m. is centered on the personality &#;Jeffrey,&#; played by performer Gavin Houston.
Jeffrey is a repressed, black gay guy that is as complex and unpredictable as the show’s vixen, Candace, played deliciously by Tika Sumpter.
