Possibility of same sex relationships happening in Berserk

especially after reading what she said to Luca after after confronted by her, I was under the impression, if only slightly so, that a lesbian partnership between Nina and Luca wasnt completely out of the interrogate.

The relationship between Luca and Nina wasnt sexual -more parental. I think youve confused the line a bit. Nina was defending what she had done and saying Luca felt as sexually aroused by it as she was (something Nina herself didnt believe).
As for same sex relationships existing in Berserk, of course. Without diving into the pit of snakes that is the old debate of whether or not Guts and Griffith are gay, Ill just say that since homosexuality exists in Berserk its not out of the question a relationship would exist, as well.
Here, you can clearly see the bara Guts man boobs jiggle as he lands on the ground.
This is a rather groundbreaking discovery.
Now I question the heterosexuality of Berserk, and I must conclude that it is indeed quite male lover -- not that theres anything wrong with that.
But it doesnt complete there:
I realized that the sheer gayness of Berserk was in front of me the entire time. There are actually quite a few queer characters in Berserk. Here, Ill name some: Donovan, Gennon the Tudor Noble, and of course, the fan favorite: Griffith! Berserk is actually quite a diverse series when it comes to queer sexuality. Even Guts might be bi, to be honest; that scene of him playing with a naked Griffith and tossing fluid on one another must have gotten Guts quit
Is Guts bisexual?

But did Guts like him support romanctically? Im quite bad at interprating romance. Also saw a lot of people online claiming that Guts is bisexual and liked Griffith.

Nothing in the manga supports that idea. Guts feelings toward Griffith are clearly conveyed throughout the Golden Age as someone he greatly respects and even idealizes a bit, and with whom he develops a close friendship. In parallel, he progressively gets closer to Casca and eventually a factual romance blooms between them. You grasp, generally-speaking, having shut friends of the same gender doesnt mean youre homosexual or bi. And you really shouldnt rely on what random people are saying online to try and realize the story.

the way Griffith acted towards Guts was like he was in affection with him.

This remark is actually worth addressing more than the one above. Griffiths feelings towards Guts are ambiguous, and thats on purpose. I reflect boiling it down to "he must have been in love with him" is

Hooo boy. Where to even begin?
- Guts and Griffith are the first to come to thought, as they have some seriously suggestive subtext going on, and fans can describe the whole story post-Golden Age as the aftermath of a particularly brutal breakup.
- Griffith's penchant for declaiming long, soulful speeches to Guts while completely naked for no real reason is probably a good place to start. Or just relies on the phrase, "Naked water fight."
- After they meet, Griffith mentions to Guts that he wants him to join his mercenary group because he thinks Guts fighting is "magnificent" and he thinks Guts is "fascinating" and says "I find you much to my liking." While this occurs the same music that plays when Guts and Casca made love starts playing.
- Not to mention how he frequently reminds Guts, "You are mine."
- The whole duel between him and Guts before Guts left has Griffith acting like he was organism rejected by his girlfriend, and reacting like a possessive Yandere about it. In fact, during Griffith's Ho Yay-tastic fight with Guts before Guts left the Band of the
